Who is .. ?

Firuzdzhon KHAKIMOV

Having previously served as United Nations Volunteer, Firuz is now back as full-fledged UN Civilian/International Staff. His recent comeback to UNMIL began in September 2008, supporting his role in Contracts & Procurement with the UN Mission in Liberia.

He is nothing new to peacekeeping & post-conflict assignment, whereby previously exposed to assignment under World Food Programme (WFP) and OSCE (Organization for Security & Cooperation in Europe) based in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. Firuz, as colleagues address him, enjoys water sports, apart from cooking and traveling. He would be sharing about his days while on duty in Liberia, West Africa.

Kinshasa, Aku Datang!
Sang pramugari berusaha menenangkan dan membawa barang mereka ke bagasi lain yang masih kosong. Namun sang istri ngotot ingin barang – barang itu tak jauh – jauh dari mereka. Lelaki kulit putih yang kulihat di ruang tunggu duduk di sampingku. Akhirnya setelah hampir satu jam mengatur para penumpang beserta barang bawaannya, pesawat pun lepas landas.
