Hi,
If you don’t know the history of Sudan you might not be interested in this… But if you do then this picture will mean something…
Today, UNMIS Public Information Malakal held a Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA) workshop for Joint Integrated Units (JIU) personnel which consist of the two ‘dispute’ military components in Sudan, Sudan Armed Force (SAF) & Sudan People Liberation Army (SPLA), who are now trying to live in peace side by side in a new form of what so-called, JIU.
I was lucky enough to be able to take picture with both SAF & SPLA military intelligent officers after the session. What a rare ‘combination’!!! Is this a ‘sign’ of peace in Sudan?…
Cheers,
Imelda

Faaaantaaaaaaastiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiic !!!!! It’s really wonderful. D u know why ? It’s so very difficult to make both of the two big ‘dispute’ components to sit together. And U made it. Keep going Imelda.
